triplecheck launched in April 2020 to provide people with the tools and resources needed to slow the spread of misinformation from bots, online trolls, and malicious content aimed at sowing division. With these tools, we aim to empower people to share factual and trustworthy information online with their friends and family.
triplecheck is not in the business of telling people what to think or even offer opinions. We don’t have a political point-of-view nor are we focused on any one issue. Rather, we’re an independent entity dedicated to slowing the spread of misinformation online. Misinformation divides us, and triplecheck aims to use nonpartisan resources to educate people about how to avoid sharing it with their friends and family.
